You can return any goods your not satisfied with for a full refund within 14 days of delivery after this time it will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. We do not accept returns outside of thirty days. We cannot accept the return of perishable or special order items. Damaged or Faulty
If your goods arrive damaged please make sure you write on the delivery note they are damaged and notify the driver. You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to notify us of any damages. If you do notice any damage or your goods develop a fault drop us an e-mail at [email protected] with photos of the products and details of the fault and we will resolve this ASAP.
Cost of Return
